Returns: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damages, and we'll gladly work with you on a solution. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, excluding custom orders. Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive your exchange or return. If the item you are requesting to return is no longer in stock, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping: Most apparel orders are shipped & received within 7 days of your order. For any custom orders (house portraits, grad caps, etc), please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order.
